Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion is only open for end-user purchases of qualifying ViewSonic projectors from resellers during the promotional period - a list of qualifying products can be found at: www.viewsoniceuropepromotion.com.
  2. Subject to these terms and conditions customers can claim FREE lamp after purchasing a qualifying ViewSonic projector between 25.06.2010 - 31.12.2010 inclusive. There is a maximum of 25 claims per customer.
  3. Countries that are valid for this promotion are United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Greece and Turkey.
  4. Purchases of refurbished or reconditioned ViewSonic projectors are not included in this promotion.
  5. In order to qualify for this Promotion, purchasers must register their purchase and complete the claim form on the Promotional Website no sooner than thirty (30) days and no later than sixty (60) days after the date of invoice. Claims shall not be accepted at any other time.
  6. To take advantage of the promotion, customers must:- complete the claim form at www.viewsoniceuropepromotion.com.
  7. Customers must provide proof of purchase in the form of a copy of the seller's invoice or receipt to the address set out in the claim form. Proof of order or dispatch will not be accepted. The seller's invoice must clearly show the qualifying products purchased, the purchase price and the date of purchase. The participant must not send original invoice/receipts as they will not be returned.
  8. Customers may scan their invoice, upload and submit with the completed claim form online
  9. Customers must keep a record and provide a valid serial number to validate the claim; copies of the serial number do not qualify. (The serial number could be found on the back of your purchased projector.)
  10. The promotion is valid in respect of qualifying products purchased either directly from ViewSonic or an authorised reseller or retailer. Purchases direct from ViewSonic distribution partners are ineligible. The promotion is only valid for end user customers; claims where the products purchased will be resold or rented to a third party are ineligible for this promotion.
  11. Once the claim has been received and approved, the participant will receive confirmation of receipt of the claim form by email from help@viewsoniceuropepromotion.com stating whether or not the claim for FREE lamp has been successful. It is the claimant's responsibility to contact the agent using the email address above within seven days of their claim being sent if an email acknowledgement has not been received.
  12. Provided that the terms and conditions of this promotion have been met, a replacement lamp will be dispatched for receipt no later than 120 days of a validated claim.
  13. All instructions form part of these terms and conditions. The free lamp will only be sent upon satisfaction by the participant of these terms and conditions. By completing the claim process participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions. Return of the qualifying ViewSonic product to the seller following submission of the claim for the FREE lamp will disentitle the participant to the free lamp.
  14. In the event of a product failing or being replaced during the promotional claim period and if the free lamp has not been sent, the original claim will be voided and you will need to re-submit your claim accordingly against your replacement order. If the product is returned after the free lamp claim has been accepted and the free lamp sent, Then the lamp need to be returned back to ViewSonic Europe Ltd. Level 4, Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N1HQ, United Kingdom at ViewSonic cost of postage. This offer may not be combined with ViewSonic special bid pricing or any other promotions.
  15. For questions regarding the status of your claim, please email: help@viewsoniceuropepromotion.com. The free lamp cannot be granted to the participant who: a) has not purchased a qualifying ViewSonic product within the promotional period; and/or b) has not completed the claim form; and/or c) has not supplied proof of purchase; and/or d) has not submitted their claim online or to the address set out in the claim form no sooner than 30 days and no later than 60 days from the date of purchase; and/or e) failed in any way to comply with these terms and conditions.
  16. ViewSonic reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be accepted for submissions which have been lost, or are late, damaged, misdirected, delayed in the post or insufficiently pre-stamped. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The promoter recommends the use of the upload service or insured postage.
  17. ViewSonic is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion.
  18. ViewSonic reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
  19. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of ViewSonic and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future ViewSonic promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
  20. The decisions of ViewSonic in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
  21. ViewSonic reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer without notice.
  22. Participants providing an incomplete claim form will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required items within seven days. If the participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for FREE lamp will be refused.
  23. The address for sending in claim forms is ViewSonic Free Lamp, PO Box 724, Harrogate, HG1 9NS. The postal address is for submission of claims only; Viewsonic regrets that it is unable to accept or send any other correspondence concerning the promotion other than as set out in these terms and condition.
